What's the best place to buy a laptop? My friend needs one for school and was going to get one at Best Buy. I told him to shop online. Any ideas?

I buy all of my computers from Dell. Its prices are good, and its after market support is very good. If you have a problem you can call tech support. I have also had technicians come to my house to diagnose computer problems and install new parts when a computer was under warranty.
