PowerShot A510 Video

I searched for a thread to see if I could find an answer to this question, but I didn't find anything. :)

I'm wondering if there's any way around the 3 minute video limit on the A510? I thought I could increase my video shoot time by getting a larger SD card, but that didn't work.

Is this possible?

I know you can increase some of the time by lowering the resolution, but I wonder if there's another way.

Nope, sorry. It's basically how much buffer the camera has. It's remotely possible that some camera models can run a bit longer with faster cards, but I wouldn't count on it.
