a red-tail - kept an eye on me and vice-versa.
Playing around with new Lightroom program and am needing assistance, I fear.

Wish I could help, but I don't know that program. I struggle with the one I DO have! LOL

I think the yellow slider got away from you Nancy. :)

I was trying to use the fill flash feature to open up the right side of it's face, which it did, but then the rest of it went down hill.
Sigh. Always something new.

Hi Nancy, try selecting just the area you want to lighten up and see if that helps.

I keep meaning to read up on how that's done, but always get distracted.

I use the dropper tool in Lightroom. Just click on an area that's middle grey. Try to find an area where the numbers shown are between 60 and 75. That usually corrects the colour pretty good. I then adjust it by dragging right in the histogram area so there's minimum clipping of blacks and whites. There are four different areas to drag right in the histogram window.

you are so far beyond me, it's laughable! I just got the thing yesterday and haven't a clue as to how it works. Took me this long just to figure out how to get the photos on the program! Something to keep me busy during the winter months.
I know - there is a Help menu. I'm working on it.
