I don't post too often, but I am looking for feedback. I'm very critical of my shots and I believe this is one of my better ones. As I learn more on the technical side w/ my 10d, I believe my shots are improving w/ the number of shots going down and the number of good shots out of those taken going up.
I'll let you guys decide....any input appreciated!!!

Joe,
she's precious!!!
Not just that she's cute, but obviously she likes having her photo taken by you.
I think you'll have a hard time with such a good looking daughter once she turns 13 ...
Best regards,

Joekr,
Its a gorgeous pose, and I really like the even lighting on her face - the overall tonality is great as well.
I find the buildings in the background distracting though - after looking over her face my eye keeps getting drawn to the strong vertical lines and the reddish patch on the right.
I would like to see another version that downplays the buildings - either darken / desaturate them a bit in photoshop or recrop to eliminate some of the distraction. I would also try cropping a little closer at the bottom so that her arm touches the bottom edge - this would give the eye an entry point back into the image that would help to make her face the focal point.
Hope this is helpful,
Pete

I'm in love. What a cutie!
I wouldn't do anything to this picture. I would try to tighten up the depth of field the next time I took a similar shot. That would obscure the background a little more. Everything else is fine.

I hope you don't mind, but I absolutely couldn't resist trying a quick tweak and crop on this ....
