Yes, it is. I had the color about where I wanted it, but then felt as though the tones, nooks and crannies really lent themselves to a B&W.


I really like this shot. Have you done anything to the sky? It's great, and the perspective you got on the boat is cool.

I didn't touch the sky, no. It was just rather windy in the upper atmosphere. Plus, this is a 5 exposure comp, so there was about a second in between shutter releases and a couple exposures of more than 1/3 sec.
