Looks kinda interesting, i wonder if it will ever become a plugin for PS? Who makes that software?

Plug-In: Liquid Rescale GIMP 2.2 according to the YouTube comments.
I especially liked the bit at the end on how to remove people or objects from photographs

Weird stuff,.
it makes a lot of existing tools easier as far a I can see (ie: you can do it all now in PSCS using Transform etc..)
But the controls and flexibility are very streamlined and exspansive.
