Plans for a Window Mount?

I am in dire need of a solid window mount that I can use with a Wimberley or Jobu gibbal head. Due to my disability I shoot a lot from my truck and with my limitations, and age, I'm not as flexable as I could be. This last week in the mountains convinced me it is time to get something done. I've looked at the Kirk and the L.L.Rue mounts and they are a possibility. I also have been looking at building one. I looked at the threads on here and there was a very nice one shown by ScottE back in 2005. I am trying to put together a materials list and plans for it.

Has anyone out there build one and know where some plans and/or material lists might be?
