Picture seems a little flat, no pop to the colors. Also the darkness along the top and bottom bother me.

if it's an advertisement for the hotel then it might serve a purpose, but other than that it doesn't attract my attention.

I agree. It doesn't do much for me. The dark on the bottom is very distracting.
