I wondering is there a neutral white balance setting on these cameras, where the white comes out white without any alteration?
I think that the "Daylight" is the closest, but is it truly neutral?

If you use "manual white balance" (most digital cameras will allow you to set this), you will be getting the purest white that your camera is able to produce. Any other setting is just a "best guess" of your camera.

There is not one white balance setting that produces "true" white. The whole point of being able to set white balance is to adjust the camera for different lighting conditions. In daylight, the "Daylight" setting will most likely give you a nice white, but if you're making a photo indoors with lightbulb light, the "Daylight" setting will give you a yellow photo - you'd have to use the "Tungsten" setting to get good colours.

Like Scott says, use manual white balance for the most accurate colour reproduction. The manual explains how to set manual white balance.

Of course,The manual WB setting. After you said I played about 1 hour with it and I can see that's much powerful than the AutoWB.It makes from almost every color grey or white. And then the surroundings look pretty weird
Well, thank you guys, you been very helpful with this.
