Last August I had the pleasure of sailing on the very first International America's Cup Class boat ever built. Il Moro was built in 1989 for the 1992 America's Cup. After the campaign it was used for match racing charters in San Francisco, ultimately sold and is now moored in Vancouver BC. I met the crew boss at a regatta and managed to get invited on board. I have had one dream since the start of my sailing career: to sail on a Cup boat. I've now lived the dream.
