Hi,
Here is one of my first tests with a ND1000 filter. This is a DRI (Dynamic Range Increase) or Digital Blending from 3 exposures.
What do you think?

I like it from the horizon line down... especially the greens...
I'm not the big fan of the blown out sky though...

Definately an interesting shot. I don't know that it's to my personal preference but still got plenty of 'wow' factor!

really outstanding piece of art.
is there a difference between the processing of this and HDR images?

Thank you Stav and Hangerhead! :)
@Handgerhead: using many exposures is HDR indeed but here I didn't use Photomatix so I don't have the tone-mapping effect. This is just a blending of 3 exposures in Photoshop, one for the sky, one with me and one for the foreground. The main/longest exposure was of 30 seconds with a ND1000 filter. thank you.

ND1000... that is what, 10 stops of light?
What brand filter are you using? That isn't a common ND filter...
And amazing photo!!!

yes a ND1000 filter ..from HOYA I think. As this filter is very dark, you need to adjust the focus manually before putting the filter on the lens, auto-focus doesn't work ;)
