I still didn't manage to sent my pics off to have them developed!!HELP
I have adobe pphoto deluxe home edition and the software I got with my camera (canon zoombrowser and photorecord...)
How can I make the resolution of my taken pictures lower?? I too about 50 pictures with the highest resolution and finest compression with my S 200 camera
I want to develop them in 10 x 15 cm. How should I set my camera that i 'll be able to sent them without changing anything. Now it takes me half an hour to e-mail one picture to the shop.

It seems to me that you need at least 1200x1600 pixel resolution to be able to print a photo of that size. Lowering the resolution will degrade the picture quality.
If you are sending directtly from your camera the compression should be set to superfine. That will give you the best quality and compression.
If your pictures are already downloaded to your computer The only thing I can suggest is that you zip them.
I've never used the print order feature on my camera so I'm not entirely sure how it works. I have an A40 but cannot see it as being any different.

Can you take your CF Card in directly?

10x15cm is 4x6 inches. Most programs will be able to resize to those dimensions. I would recommend photoshop or other high end program and use Bicubic when resizing so the quality doesnt drop too much.

Since digital photos dont come in 4:3 ratio your other choice would be to crop them so that you frame the image the way you want.
