Need PS help - Please edit my pic

I need help. My friend who's on the left wants the woman on the right taken out.

I know PS2 can do this but, I'm clueless as to how.

Can someone please help me?

Well without spending a ton of time on this, here is what I came up with, still not a very flattering photo. Maybe it can give you some other ideas.

Just a quick 5 min edit. although unless you crop out the bottom...her right arm does get lost. If you really needed to use this image you could copy and past something into the bottom half of the image to make it look like her arm went behind something....like a stack of presents.
