pricing question - architecture

Hey guys,

I have an architect that I know well wanting to meet with me on Wednesday about shooting some of the buildings he has designed for promotional purposes. I know of other photographers in my area who do this but I'm unsure what they charge.

I have looked for this type of information but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for.

Any idea how I should determine what to charge in this situation? Surely others here have done similar work.
