I saw a few pictures and the water looks like is not a photo, but a drawing?
Why is that?

Maybe offer some examples or links to the pics your refering to?

I suspect you might be referring to pictures of moving water (waterfalls perhaps) where a slow shutter speed is used to get the effect you're referring to. Hope this helps.

Most likely as Tom777 said a slow shutter speed often with an ND filter to get the silky water effect. If thats not what you are referring to please post up some pics.

Yes Tom I was referrring to moving water(water falls, fast flow rivers).
I noticed that in many pictures, but here two of our fellow bigcountry:

Has nothing to do with being shot digitally. It's just a longer exposure time. It's been done for ages.
