I think it'd look better if you didn't use direct flash on the performers. Try to make use of the ambient light.

I don't know enough about PP to fix. that's my next venture. thanks for the C+C, always appreciated. :D I'll share more sometime.

Nothing (much) you can do about it in PP.
Looks like a bit of motion blur. Use (higher ISO or a faster lens to get) a faster shutter speed.
