Hello all,
I'm hoping one of you might have some experience with international model releases. I am doing quite a bit of shooting in Prague CZ and my model releases are all in english. As you can imagine this is a bit of an issue when dealing with a model that doesn't speak english. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, David

Even in the USA, there seem to be models that don't speak good English.

There isn't any requirement for any to speak English, only that they be able to read the contract/agreement and understand it enough to sign it.

You could produce your model agreement with one language at the top and a second language at the bottom.

Just a tip: If you make a bilingual contract add a line in the foreign language part that in case of any disagreement the contract in the original language (yours!) is binding and that the contract is subject to your countries, or even states, law. That way you prevent lawsuits in foreign countries/states if anything goes wrong.
