Web People Wanted

I am looking to start a site like craigslist but tailored to people in the photo/modeling industry It will be a place where photographers can post what there looking for...and have not only models answer the call, but also make-up artists, hair stylists...etc. not only photographers can post though...anyone in the industry...or looking to break into the industry, can offer their services to the site's population. Like an online networking site.

Now I don't know much about web development (a little flash...a little html...not much else) So I need people who are actually good at this, and that are willing to work for free. It is possible, that in the future you could make money from this (via adsense or something similer that brings in some money)

So, are there any webdesign experts that would be willing to help out on this project?

I started a site using Microsoft office live and the site cost me 1 dollar. That could be a great place to test the water. They are currently updating a lot of things so take a look.
