Sailor Don

I took several photos of this bridge over the Rio Grande in the vicinity of Taos, New Mexico. I had difficulty in capturing the awesome view in a digital image. I think the best angle would be from low level arial photography. But my Lear Jet is in the shop for repairs, so I am "ground bound".
I took two photos. One with exposure set for the sky and one with exposure set for the bridge.

Then I did some digital photo editing to cut and paste the sky from "B" onto "A". Sometimes you have to "cheat" a bit to get a better picture.

I took a small detail of the bridge structure to see what kind of quality I could get from my 8.0 MegaPixel Pro1. I'm not all that pleased with the result.

I guess the small image sensor size causes more "false colors" caused by bleed over from adjacent pixels.
Critique is welcome.
