collage critique

advice welcome want her to love it!!!

i did these shots for a lady last month well she already ordered but her mum loved these two images asked for a sweet 8x10 collage of the two .I did ask how she meant to frame it cause we all know you have to be careful how you make a collage if its gonna be in a big wooden bulky frame it has to be very simple. but she is gonna use a thin black metal frame and a large white matte.

so the more complex i think will work ( is it too busy)

It's a very good start! IMO, I don't think it's too busy, it just needs a little tweaking. If it were me, I'd expand the frame up a little more, and slightly to the left. Then I'd remove some of the space between "A Sister's (and) Love". I'd also adjust the text of "A sister's love" so that it would not overlap with the frame (as much or at all). Finally I'd play with the font(?) or maybe not having all the letters of LOVE in caps, as it's a little hard to read.

BUT those are just my suggestions, and like I said, what you have here is a VERY good start. Also, I like the subtlety of "A baby's needs". AND FINALLY, the opacity of the images used, and the images both work well.

I think you did a great job. "A sisters love" might make it a bit too busy. Maybe expand the border of the inner frame to the top and to the right.

ok here it is with a vignette done after the fact to slgihty add fading to the words in spots too thought it made em seem more 3d

maybe not???
