Any sample agrrements between photographer and school to be the official photographer for sports events and such?

It could vary form school to school. One school that I shoot sports for, gave me a letter form the Booster Club, which outlined and agreed to my proposal. Another school I shoot for, was just a verbal commitment. It was only for Varsity Football, but other teams have since called me. Each team has a parents club which makes their own arrangements.

It's probably best to get things in writing so there are not any misunderstandings. I would think that anything on official letterhead from the group hiring you would be sufficient. Just ask them to confirm you proposal in writing, or have a place for them to sign it for acceptance.
