I wanted to know if anyone knows if I left these in my vehicle in a cold climate and then took them into a gymnasium, would I need to allow them to reach room temp first before firing them or would that damage them or blow the bulbs...maybe I'll just call the techs at AB and ask them.

I would let them slow warm up. No telling what something really cold will do when you heat it up really fast by flashing the light.
I think the flash tube would be hurt more than the unit.

Thanks....To be on the safe side I took them out of my vehicle this morning and put them in my house because I have a basketball team shoot later today.

You certainly do NOT want moisture bridging high-voltage circuits such as one finds inside a monolight. Allowing the unit to fully warm up before powering it up is a very wise thing to do.
