1st post on here,Just a few pics I have taken over the past month.Taken on an Olympus e-300 with the kit lens and most are taken with 1 Olympus fl-36 flash and ebay wireless triggers.I have only edited them a little bit on cs3, just abit of curves adjustment on most and border.

edit:I made the images 6x4 on photobucket but they are really big for some reason??

The strobes are very harsh, and the angles are very bland. You can't see the rider's face in any of the shots, but one -- and in said shot his face is emotionless.

Try shooting at twilight next time, instead of the total black of "night."

is #3 a corner air? If so that is epic. I like the fell of # 5, It would be better with a bmx . Where do you ride at?

Nahh its just a quater air.the skatepark is thornleigh skatepark in Sydney,they were taken at night when the park lights were on.I usualy ride at chatswood,monster ,dulwich hill and thornleigh.do u ride ??

I've ridden Sydney once, and only road Dully Hill out of those that you listed. The snake run there is soooo fun, the gap from it to the flat bank is hectic. Manlyvale is a great park, too. Is #5 at Red Hill? Had a short session there and it was awesome... The big set is ridiculous, unfortunately it was a bit wet when I was there.

thanks,yeh my gear atm is ****,Im saving up for a 40d with a 17-85 is and they are getting hell cheap so hopefully I can buy one soon.the Olympus is quite bad it has 3 focus points and its really slow to focus especially in the dark,for some of the dark shots I had to focus on something bright about the same distance away and in the same spot as the rider would be then aim n shoot the rider without re focusing.
