Hi Everyone
I have just been trying to revamp my site today, what do you think so far, its only the basic layout, the images are just place holders, and not very good, does the image script work in all browsers? this is a inside page not the home page, just so I can see, any ideas for the colours, its for a holiday site Julie thinks they should be orangey warm colours, but I like the dark BG to make the page stand out so any suggestions please, also is it to wide for anyone using 800 x 600 res, any feed back welcome.

Looks ok on IE7 and FF, but I noticed the validator at http://validator.w3.org/ says there are 65 coding errors. Also I noticed at least one reference to a file on your local D: drive, which of course won't work.
Personally I avoid javascript if the same effect could be done with HTML & CSS. But certainly lots of folks are using JS for such things.

Looking good, Dave. Take a look at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/csslibrary/item/css-popup-image-viewer/ for a HTML/CSS viewer

Hi
Fixed the image viewer so it pops up centre now instead of chasing it around

Looks like a great upgrade, but loose the keywords in the title and tidy up your meta-keywords as well, both would be considered 'black-hat' SEO and your ranking on places like google will drop or you just won't appear at all.
After a second look, your description meta will get you banned from google for sure.
If you'd like some tips on the formatting for this stuff, shoot me a pm.

Dumb question for you. With your logo "holiday travels our passion" do you mean that holiday in fact travels your passion (holiday would be the subject of your verb and doing the travelling) or that holiday travel is your passion? If it is the second case, the correct wording would be, "holiday travel's our passion" or better yet just say, "holiday travel is our passion."
