ok, I really shoot the photos but the 1D is the one that records the work I put into on hitting that shutter button :-P I love the 1D, except for low light since I have to keep my iso at 1600 for this...actually I think I'm shooting at 1250, 1/250 and 2.8. I don't think i can ever shoot sports with my 10D ever again. the af on the 1D blows my 10D out of the water. well, here are my results.

Good shots overall.. I'd kill for a professional body! The highlights look a little over exposed in the action shots, but nothing serious.

Outstanding!! Great crispness and good exposure. #2 is poster worthy!! Go Lumberjacks!!

thanks guys...Idk about poster worthy. you should see all the grain in the larger size on flickr :-P the 1D classic isn't too expensive. I had to give up some mp and print size but the af and body build makes up for a lot of that

I have one and love it, but I hear so much about it's rep at higher
ISO's I haven't thought about it much for indoor use... but these
look great... post more as you get them...

Great shots, and you captured the atmosphere there well, except for the lack of cheerleader shots:)

haha...idk I'm not a big fan of the cheerleaders...but I did shoot some recently so maybe I'll post them as well...but I don't really consider them a sport :-P

I think that happens when the player is looking up and into the the lights.

Great shots I'l be shooting your team on the 15th.
