There was a fairly heavy POTN presence over in the Lake District today. The weather can only be described as....bloody cold & wet after starting with heavy rain then graduating to heavy snow mid-morning. Yours truly was heard to observe that the connection between cars and "Global Warming" was utter rubbish and anyone who tells me otherwise will be severely beaten with a Manfrotto Monopod !
Anyway, on to the piccies as it's a Photography forum.
1. David Shuttleworth / Simon Megaw in a '98 Mitsubishi Evo 4. Apparently David is a Forester in Grizedale..Must be an advantage as they finished 2nd.

Conditions were "challenging" to put it mildly. Very dull early on and then the snow came down. 1 or 2 of the above have had a bit of Levels adjustment but other than that it's just a case of re-size and sharpen a bit.
Kit was the 1DMK2N and Sigma 120-300 with a Large StormJacket doing the protection.
Thanks for looking in. Comments/Questions/suggestions/cash/beer appreciated as always.
