Better than that, hit the library - there are some phenomenal biographies as well as autobiographies on the great photogs of the 20th century. If you want REAL inspiration, check those out. You'll find far more depth of information by spending several hours in a well written book than a couple minutes on YouTube... seriously. That's probably why you haven't been satisfied yet.

Probably one of the most incredible female photojournalists of the 20th century. She pretty much did it all.

If you'd like to try a video, "War Photographer", a documentary on James Nachtwey, is pretty good.

The BBC has just been running a good series called The Genius of Photography (http://www.bbc.co.uk/photography/genius/) which I watched on BBC4 and was really good. You might be able to get it outside the UK on tv or something or get it off bittorrent.

This is a great documentary. I usually hate documentaries, but this one is good. Love that little video camera they mounted on top of Nachtwey's Canon.

I know you're looking for documentaries, but as books have been broached, you might also consider looking through Eamonn McCabe's "The Making of Great Photographs: Approaches and Techniques of the Masters."

The book reviews a number of photographs from the past 150 years, offering brief histories on the image, respective photographer, and techniques used. Bourke-White's 1933 'George Washington Bridge' is, for example, included.

For more immediate gratification, you might also want to check out the following site:
