I like no1 best, but no camera can make a PK model Vespa look good! I hated having to repair them things.. Now a P200 there's a good scooter.

On second look the photos have made me think (for once) which makes them both good in my books. I have looked at it for over 10 minutes trying to figure out what happened to it. It looks like the front is good as new but the back has been through hell. I reckon that it has been knocked over by a car from the left (dents to side panel) and landed on it's right (hence the scratches) and finally hit a kerb(big dent low down on the right leg shield). Scuff marks on the side of the kickstart would confirm the accident.
I dunno what happened to the seat though! Must have ripped off the vinyl whilst trying to hold on with butt cheeks ( a scooter riders seatbelt) !-)

Sorry for CSI ing the pics.

I enjoyed your response very much and agree the P200 is a much better ride in all aspects....in Trieste it's hard to judge whether a cycle has been in an accident or just blown over by the Bora, a horiffic wind that has been known to blow the industrial waste bins into the middle of the street. I suspect like most scooters here, it's been neglected and being already flawed has been left to rot when it stopped. This is also a very common occurance here. One could build a scooter Frankenstein....or three from the carcases lying around the streets of Trieste. Glad the pics were able to pique your interest.
