Both lovely shots Alistair- but prefer the leaf hopper- wonder if that aphid is just giving birth ?

I thought that this was a photographic forum but there seems to be so much posted here which should be on the discussion pages, this posting almost got lost in between. These are terrific shots Alister!! I would go for the grasshopper above the springtail, but it is hard to choose.

Joan we tend to put any macro "how to's" and equipment questions here as well as not many people visit the other sections and they would get lost.

BTW you need to brush up on your IDs- a leaf hopper and aphid ;) :D.
