I was looking at some prices this morning, at it appears that CF memory in general has taken a sharp drop in price, you can get a 1GB for less than I paid for my 512MB (same brand, type too and supplier).

Starting to wonder if I should buy a heap of CF cards and retire the old X's Drive (I am really paranoid about that thing haveing a disk failure or something).

A recent holiday for a week saw me shoot 2GB of shots, so a couple of gig cards should be just the thing!
