What mode would you recommend putting the flash in so that it works when using it in a burst of 6-8 images?

please be descriptive on how to put it into that mode as well please

First you should enable quick flash in burst mode (custom function 6), then you need a combination of distance, aperture and ISO that will require less than 1/4 power for each shot.

Get it right the first time so you don't need the burst mode. ;)

so i need 6 good images :)

Very cool!

The reality is, the combination of wide angle, distance, and competing with the sun means you'll need plenty of flash power and you won't get too many shots in burst mode.

Wow that is a cool shot! Very cool idea! Ive never thought to stack pictures like that before.
