Just picked up the following...

D30 9.5+ body
Canon 28-105 f3.5-4.5
Battery grip BG-ED3
1gb microdrive
340mb microdrive
2 extra batteries.

All for $1650 bucks!!! Should get it Monday.

Picked up another D-30 body for $1000 also earlier today for a backup, it has never had a shot taken (used for a backup from a pro photographer).

I am also talking to a guy who might be selling me his Tokina 300 f2.8 for $900!!!! Put a 2x on it and it is a 600 f5.6!!! Use the 1.6 multiple on a D-30 and it is actually a 960 f5.6!!! I think I can get some good bird shots with that one...any one know of a good tripod????

I am giddy like a little child... bwhaahahahahahahah...

Today was a good day...

I guess today is just my day. I guess my Pro90is is for sale. I am gonna miss that camera...

That sounds like a good deal, even when I convert it 1:1 in to £'s !

Happy shooting :)

Steve,
If I go by final sale prices off of EBAY in the US (lens, grip, battery, and microdrives) I ended up getting the Camera for around $800USD.

Now that is a good deal. I really needed it too...

Gulp! I just paid £2399 for a D60 plus Sigma 15-30mm ....

I love being in England, home of the ripped-off-customer .... :(

It's OK, Steve! I live in Australia, and we get ripped off, too! Just think, at least you've got the weather!.... Ummmm, hang on, ... at least... well...

...oh, forget it! :D

I'll have you know that we've had a good day in sunny England today.
Only 5 hours of rain and mist so far ....... :(

If anybody want any shots of misty buildings, misty cars or misty blobs in a misty background then I'm your man!
