I'd have to say #8 is the best of the bunch. Baal is in shot @ peak of action.
#1 is the ball in the hand that is cut off?? If it is that's a throw away....

Good shots, but I would have cropped tighter on most.

kinda agree. you usually do crop a bit tighter too so I was surprised you didn't here. good action, #8 is the best imo as well. all in all nice shots, just fill it up with the athletes as usual and bingo!

yeah these are shots that are located on my business site. I usually crop 8x10 before I post them to the site.
I do believe I could crop tighter but that is something I suck at to be honest lol I want to make sure when a parent buys a picture they don't get an image where the ball that was in the image is now gone because of crop.
Any advice for this? help is always welcomed

amen, someone? anyone? please?
I will say that I used to do all sort of whacky crops and got similar results in print. Recently, I have been doing everything in 2:3 (3:2) aspect ratios. Since parents seem to buy 4x6 more than anything, it helps and I guess I figured to go 4x6 to 8x10 should work fine with sufficient resolution. To go the other way means you inevitably have to lose something in the cropped image. I hope I'm right in my thinking...

What I have had to start doing for pictures I will sell on my site is crop wide, cuz most people dont realize they can pic differnt ratios and they end up cutting off parts of people in the picture instead of finding which ratio they could use for the whole picture...LOL

I think I may have this backwards. Anyone agree? Crop to 8x10 (4:5 aspect) and the 4x6 works out fine, not the other way. Help?

I think if I remember right when I crop 8x10 then load it up on the site then purchase and crop it 4x6 doesn't crop anything. But if when I load it by 4x6 and then crop 8x10 online it crops it.
I thought it did that to be honest. Not sure maybe someone smarter then me can help
