It was taken in Grand Cayman. Great dive spot. The "resort" is a small place called "Sunset House", which is a nice place. Reasonably priced, especially off season.

If you saturated it in PS, it would look so blue and beautiful.

I think it would have been better taken in portrait 'mode'. That way you'd get 1/3 water and 2/3 sky. Agree with more saturation too.
