just got my 50mm 1.8 so I decided to play with it! what do you think?

1st one really works, nice DOF. Nice colours too

Nice effect with the shallow depth of field. I like the third one best of all (even more so if it was rotated to portrait format!) as the background blur on the decorations doesn't clash with the main subject.

oops! didn't realise that I hadn't rotated it! Fixed that! Is that better?:D

?? Don't know what that means, I didn't have anything to put there on my comp except that so I thought I'd be silly, need to find something different lol

Still landscape! :lol: I wonder why that is. Surely it should display how you have saved it!Mike:-D

you know what? I never noticed it made a face untill you said something, how long has it been in my house? YEARS! lol I've never noticed it! but it does make a face!

its a little tin can like thing that has holes punched in it. I'll take a picture of it latter on tonight!
