I used a 100mm Macro Lens

They look a little soft, i figure this is half because they were cropped and b because you used a macro lens. even with USM, they aren't famed for their AF speed and accuracy.

the last is the sharpest of the lot, but thats not the lens for these type of shots

Try decreasing your shutter to give a sense of speed...Right now it looks as if he's sitting in one spot...

I'd suggest some sort of telephoto lens, look for USM. Then again, I'm fairly new too.
In #1, could you have left more space in the crop for some extra space in front of the bike?

I was thinking of the Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS USM, I only hear good things!
What do you all think?

The 400 tends to be a bit soft at 400 but if you have to have one lens that would do it. It works pretty well with the 1.4x converter as well.
