On my G2, I made the mistake of inadvertently setting my white balance setting to tungsten and shot outdoor beach pictures.. (I did NOT shoot in RAW) Is there any way to correct or minimize the blue cast .. any recommended settings in photoshop?

Yes there is a solution to this. Depending on what version you have, I don't know if 7.0 or 6.0 have this. But if you go to Images < Adjustments < Photo Filter... < Select one of the two 'warming filters' and adjust the density to your liking.

I don't know if this will completely solve it. Another way to do this is to make a new layer on the picture you're working with. And change the layer mode to "color" and adjust the transparency slider so that it's not overkill on that color. I don't think this method is the greatest.

Or go back to the Images < Adjustments menu area and you can adjust Colod Balance too, which is probably the best option for this.
