I lost my original zoombrowser cd and reading advice from the forum downloaded the original 2.2 version then the latest upgrade. Everything went well except I get an error message "class not registered" when I click on the icon to use the program. Does anybody know how to correct this? Further, I downloaded the breeze program and that doesn't work either. It opens then just freezes my computer.

Assuming you are usning a Windows platform I would go and uninstall all your processing software (zoombrowser as well as breeze browser) and then re-install. Good luck.

Make sure you have installed the driver as well as the software....?

Class installer errors are often an indication that you have been infected by a variant of the klez virus. This is most common on Windows XP systems. One way to check to see if you have this virus is to check your local services list for a service that starts with the letters 'wink'. On WinXP, click START, then RUN, and enter: SERVICES.MSC and click OK. If you have a service that starts with wink, you'll need to clean the virus. After that, try reinstalling.
