I am looking to revamp my website and need someone to write the code.

Most of the layout and functionality has been planned, the basic needs are;


Homepage with a quick "flash" intro
Searchable gallery (I haven't found an "off the shelf" that is exactly as I want it)
Shopping cart to include world pay
Portfolio
Several simple pages with text and pictures etc
