We went out two night ago and mounted a D200 on my highlander and drove around. Some of the stuff we got was interesting and wanted yall to take a peek. I'll expain each shot more.

This was shot with the D200 mounted on the side wrack of my highlander and this caused it to almost fly off, luckily the saftey cable caught it.

This is from mounting it rear facing and having my friend ride on the bumper all the way down the street, doing 40 miles per hour. I thought it came out pretty good.

This is my friend running in and out of frame several times. He likes the green color, I don't.

So just tell me what yall think and any way it can be improved in ur opinion. I know the focus isnt extremely sharp but we did what we could with a moving car and such.

and having my friend ride on the bumper I hope he had a strong belt around him?

Sorry, but they're too big & beyond the guidelines, so I've reduced them to a link. You can re-post it when you've made them smaller.

i'd use a longer exposure, would brighten up the images and leave longer trails from the lights,

i'm hopefully getting a mounting pod from santa that uses a suction cup to attach to cars and anything else flat for this type off shots, along with a remote release

First, sorry about the large pictures. I linked the wrong set (the others were smaller thumbnails).

We tried a suction pod chris, but it kept popping off. I don't know what kind it was, but didnt feel to safe leaving a D200 with the fisheye on it.

We tried longer exposure, but unfortunately the person ends up moving to much, so you have to drive fast.

Also, he didn't have a belt on him, but a full safety harness the cops loaned us for rappelling. We strapped it around the car doors and latched him in tight.
