I like the first shot a lot without the texture applied and maybe a little less green... The texture makes her look cut up. Cute little girl though! :)

I went to a site with some textures downloaded some and converted it to black and white.. then added as a new layer on top and it was a multiply layer then added a mask and took down the opacity to tone the effect down on key areas etc....

also used the clone tool to take out big marks on important areas like face teeth etc...

can't remember the site.. google free textures... its one of the first.. the wood and metal ones are the best.. 20 free a day...
