I have a friend who might be moving to Denver and needs some help on good places to live. Probably looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment in the $1200-$1500 range.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like they'll be able to live anywhere in Denver that they choose. I am paying much less than that for a 800 sq ft 1 bedroom apt. Try looking around the downtown area. I am south denver and I love it here.
