Hi! Last weekend i was in Gothenburg shooting swimming, here are some of the pictures. All taken with 350D (Rebel XT) and 70-200 f/4 IS which is way to slow indoors. ISO1600 was necessary = alot of noise, and maybe little to slow shutterspeeds.

They're all pretty decent exposures, and the last one is a solid shot of the pool and deck - but you're right - your need a faster shutter. The 1/60, and 1/100 speeds you were getting here is not enough to keep the face sharp. Good timing on them though.

BTW - I'm sure it's just the angles, but the lanes in # 3 and 5 seem very narrow to me.
