Meet ups, Hull, East Yorkshire

Hi,

Now I know people on here are spread far and wide but I was wondering if any people on here do actually meet up with each other if living close by to each other?

I am in Hull, East Yorkshire as are some others on here - so if anyone wants to meet up with me here in Hull I for one would be very happy to meet with you.

I also understand peoples concerns for safety, after all, I too consider safety when meeting new people,so if it helps I go to a photographic club once every two weeks so if anyone wanting to meet up would prefer to do it there at first, thats no problem, just let me know and we can sort something out. The next club meeting I go to should be this coming Tuesday.

I ask about this because I feel photography is an amazing hobby/pasttime/interest and I feel it is even better when you can share it with like minded people.

Happens all the time, and not just with people who live near. I've met about 50 or 60 people on the forum. Take a look in the Member Activities section. There are meet threads posted in there very frequently.

Give it a few minutes and some nice mod will move this one over there. I've met up with several members...and currently have gear on loan to a couple so they can complete some Christmas projects. It doesn't take long to tell who you can trust here and who is not so shiny.
