I have black hair and was tempted to take a sharpie to it, but that might not work well.

And I tried to get a red ring on the lenses, but that didn't come out. I may try nail polish later. :)

nice shot, but with the lens on the t-pod I think you'd be able to point out the individual hairs of santa's beard :)

I used my favorite 85 1.8 for this one on the new 40D. I wanted to try it out with and without flash. The without was better and I took out some of the red. The shot was one spot metering and focus on the camera. No crop.

I couldn't resist getting the whole kit just for the two cameras and it was a lady photographer. So funny. Things I buy to amuse myself.

That's really cute!

But it looks like a Pentax 6x7 med format cam on the tripod with a Metz Hammerhead instead of an EOS.

I was using the 85 1.8 to get the nice bokeh, but I think it was still too sharp. :)

I think your shot has provided a good deal of Christmas cheer. Very cool!

*If you really want to soften it a bit....smear some Vaseline on the front element!;) :lol::lol::lol:

Ha Ha, I love playmobil! I had a whole house of them as a kid, and I have a camera one as well.
