Posted this in another section, but was hoping for more advice. I plan on adding more contrast.

That would be a difficut shot to get the exposure correct, snowstorm with bright lights at night.
All you can do is to try PP and just play with the sliders starting with levels and curves.

I really like the composition here. I'd add more contrast to make it pop out more. With snow covering the top, it seems to get lost in the background.

Its a nice image, good compo and like the couples underneath. Have added a 'film' action on it to give it a different feel. As you've said, your going to add a little more contrast, its a little flat at the mo IMO...
