on the camaro shot, why didn't you just zoom back more (or walk back more) and get the whole car in the picture? I mean, no reason to cut the car out...

Which lense were these taken on?

Approximately how far from the subjects were you in the shots?

I used my Sigma 70-300 which was the only lens I had in my case that day :( I knew it was going to be to much for the show but I wasn't going to drive a hour to grab me 28-75.

Ahh great,

I am looking at buying one of those lenses. How would you recommend it?

How far away from the cars were you in these shots?

I love the lens although I'm about to upgrade to the Canon 70-200L at the first of the year. I'm debating if I want to sell it or not since I've enjoyed using the 200-300 range.

As for the cars, I was maybe 25ft away from the camaro and the others maybe 5-15ft away.

Last question, what range were these at when you were shooting?
