The lighting is very nice, but I think it is just a tad under-exposed. Is it necessary to have so much out of focus fence in the shot? You might want to think about whether it is a portrait or a landscape and which format would be best.

Robert,

A quick "Info" check in Photoshop shows the diffused highlight on her left cheek reads 235 which indicates the image is properly exposed.

I have to admit, part of the reason for this shot was to test my new EF-S 17-55 2.8 lens. I included more fence than was needed for a well composed shot. I was interested in the depth of field as well. It does look better cropped as shown by sswanson. Thanks for the help.
