And it was very special, because my cousin was the groom. I have barely started on the PPing of all of the good shots ... haven't even looked through everything I've taken yet, actually ... but these are a few that I have worked on. Any C&C is appreciated.

Also I have a question ... the colors of my photos become flat whenever I upload them to the web. How can I fix this? They are much more vibrant in photoshop.

Use the sRGB colour space instead of AdobeRGB.

THey are gat for a first attempt, but you have a lot of creative tilting going on which is fine for some images but maybe not so much for all of these?
I know when i did my first few weddings i tilted a lot, used a lot of selective colouring, added heaps of effects. But now i realise sometimes less is more...the simpler the image the more beautiful it really can be....
One other comment, get in close for the dance and the cake...other than that you have done well for a first attempt - i am not even GAME to put my first wedding up here to be ripped apart HAHAHA

I tend to overuse the tilt ... it's become a habit for me. I do have a lot of straight images, I just tend to pick out the tilted ones to post process too :o I just like the look, I guess!
Thanks for all of the advice/comments, guys! I totally appreciate it!! I've been PPing all night ... so I may post more soon.

I'm not a big fan of the "tilt generation" of photography. However, I have seen some that I like, usually in dynamic images. I just don't think it helps a wedding cake at all to be sliding off the table.
The first dance photo is nice. Unless the background lady in the white top is important to the picture, I might tone her down a bit. I like the pics overall.

I think this is a great first time! Other people have already outlined some of the things, like a lot of tilt, which you know yourself.. but I like the visual interest you have in the photos, and the fact you have a lot of saturation.
