I am heading off to Dallas for a few days of work (honest). Is there any big "must visit" photo stores that are easy to find.

I do have a car.

If you can make the trip to Fort Worth (right next to Dallas) there is the square where JFK was shot.
There is Texas Statium between Fort Worth and Dallas.
There is "Big Tex" down town Dallas at the fair grounds.
Both Dallas and Fort Worth have wonderful zoos. It is like they planed their zoos together as what one focuses on the other does not so you don't see all the same things in both.

Lots of stuff to take pictures of in Dallas / Fort Worth depending on what you like taking pictures of.

I always thought the Texas Book Depository and the 'Grassy Knoll' were in Dallas. :?

They are in Dallas, Steven is mistaken.

There is actually a pretty interesting museum located in the Texas school book depository, I highly recommend it.

I believe ssim is asking for any photog stores that are recommended by anyone. That is what I read anyways (I do need new glasses though).

I am sure places for photo shooting opportunities are well appreciated also. I would appreciate them anyways.
